Shear mode

A main shearing mode: the cutting edge of the adjacent cutting surface of the moving knife forms shearing.

B-pair shearing mode: the cutting tip of the moving knife forms shearing with the cylindrical surface of the spacer sleeve.

The tool shape affects the discharge size

※ the thickness of the moving knife determines the discharge width: the thinner the thickness of the moving knife, the narrower the discharge width of the material.

※ the distance between the moving tool tip determines the discharge length: the smaller the distance between the tool tip (i.e. the more the number of tool heads), the shorter the discharge length.
